Comfrey has been used for centuries in traditional herbal care and has a long history of topical use for sore muscles, stiff or overworked joints, sprains, bruises, swelling, dry or rough skin, and minor everyday skin discomforts.

Our Comfrey Salve is handcrafted in small batches using simple, clean, minimal, and thoughtfully selected ingredients:

• Ground Comfrey Leaves
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Organic Beeswax

How to Use

Scoop a small amount of salve and gently massage it into the desired area of the skin until absorbed, up to three times daily or as needed.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds. We recommend performing a small patch test before first use.

How to Store Your Salve

Store your salve in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Because it is made with natural oils and beeswax, warmer temperatures may temporarily soften the salve.

Did Your Salve Arrive Warm or Soft?

If your salve arrives warm or soft due to hot weather or transportation, simply allow it to cool at room temperature for approximately 1–2 hours before opening and using it.

As it cools, it will naturally return to its normal consistency.

Natural Color & Texture

Our Comfrey Salve is made with real ground comfrey leaves, so you may notice small natural particles throughout the salve.

You may also notice that the bottom of the tin appears slightly darker green.

This can happen because the natural ingredients have different densities, allowing some of the comfrey to gradually settle toward the bottom, especially after exposure to warmer temperatures.

This is completely normal and does not mean you received a bad batch.

Simply scoop from the bottom if needed.
